The second part of the “CivicArt” Project Kick-Off meeting took place in Berlin on March 23-25th. The partners gathered to discuss project goals, activities, and strategies for empowering young people through creative and impactful learning experiences. This in-person meeting allowed the team to build on the discussions from the first part of the kick-off and refine the approach to civic education and artivism.

The main topics of discussion included the development of an action plan to engage target groups and stakeholders in project activities, analysis of the implemented tasks and planning of further actions. The partners also reviewed and adjusted the communication and dissemination strategy, including social media presence, branding and content creation.

The next steps involve continuing to develop the project’s methodology, preparing for upcoming training sessions, and expanding the Civic Art Alliance network. Stay tuned for more updates!
