One of CivicArt’s local activities brought participants together for a multidisciplinary workshop exploring the theme of unity through movement, reflection, and collective creativity.
The workshop combined physical exercises, interactive activities, dance, guided meditation, theoretical discussion, and art therapy — offering participants both embodied and reflective experiences. Facilitator Tika Andghuladze guided the group through living observation exercises based on Rudolf Steiner’s anthroposophical approach and shared a variety of activities throughout the session.
The space also featured a small interactive exhibition presenting the “Me = You” posters created by designer Ana Topuridze. The project is inspired by a unique feature of Georgian calligraphy, where the word for “you” (შენ) visually contains the word “me” (მე) — symbolising the interconnectedness of people and encouraging a worldview based on empathy, solidarity, and shared humanity. At the end of the workshop, participants were invited to take a poster home.
A short loving-kindness meditation invited participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a sense of compassion and connection with others. The workshop concluded with a collaborative artwork, where everyone contributed to a large collective drawing expressing their shared vision of unity.
