On September 12–13, 2025, the consortium partners gathered in Alicante, Spain, for an interim steering committee meeting. Representatives from Ukraine, Georgia, Germany, and Spain came together to review the project’s progress and coordinate the next steps.
During two days of discussions, the team focused on preparing the mid-term report, planning the international training for young people, developing local activities in partner countries, and strengthening the project’s presence on social media. Special attention was given to the upcoming networking event, designed to foster new connections among young artists.
The participants also visited the venue of the upcoming training to check logistics and align details of the program.
The working days in Alicante helped partners align their vision and infused the next stages of CivicArt with new energy. Agreements reached in Spain will soon turn into concrete actions and new opportunities for participants.
